Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as account Manager in the Adtech industry – a must
  • Experience in working with mobile apps and the overall mobile advertising ecosystem – a must
  • Experience in working with MMP (Appsflyer, Adjust, Kochava etc…) – an advantage
  • Ability to manage large amounts of various tasks in parallel
  • Understanding of mobile programmatic ecosystem (formats, targeting options, attribution, key metrics, etc.)
  • Independent, proactive, and out of the box thinker
  • English fluency both verbal and written. Other languages are a plus
  • Experience developing large scale distributed systems
  • Deep understanding of strong Computer Science fundamentals: object-oriented design, data structures systems, applications programming and multithreading programming
  • 2+ years programming experience with server-side technologies (Java/Scala/NodeJS)
  • 2+ years programming experience in vanilla JavaScript
    Experience with SQL and NoSQL
  • Highly Proficient in Linux environment
  • Experience in Big Data tools – Nice to have
  • Perform traffic management, including implementation, testing, deployment, delivery and optimization of ad campaigns from direct clients and ad networks.
  • Optimize deal performance by recommending and enacting adjustments to inventory & campaign delivery components.
  • Serve as primary operations point of contact to new and existing partners on technical issues, general maintenance, and performance reports.
  • Function as a contributor for cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising across Engineering, Product, Account Managers and Business Development.
  • Determine best practice for tagging and reporting campaign performance per client priorities, strategies and KPI’s.
  • Continually test and evaluate new strategies, tactics, and partnerships as part of an effort to evolve and improve our products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or any other analytical related field.
  • 1+ years of experience as ad operation manager roles in the ad tech ecosystem– a MUST
  • Strong verbal and written English – MANDATORY.
  • High proficiency in Excel & in analyzing large sets of data – a MUST.
  • HMTL, JavaScript, SQL, Python – an advantage.
  • Extremely accurate and thorough during set up, monitoring and optimization of processes.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized with efficient time-management skills.
  • Self-learner and highly passionate to succeed.
